Fully renovated apartment in the celebrated Vaporia neighborhood. Bright and equipped with working station, kitchen and washing machine. Located in a peaceful street, you’re only minutes away from neoclassical mansions, art galleries, the promenade with majestic sea view, and the cosmopolitan Asteria beach. A convenience store with all the necessary supplies is only 100m away. As required by Greek law, a "Climate Resilience Fee" of €8 per night is charged separately and payable upon arrival.

Our cozy and sunny apartment is ideal for moments of relaxation, gazing the wonderful panoramic view of Hermoupolis from the spacious balcony (25 sq.m.) of the house. Our fully equipped house is located in the peaceful neighborhood of the Three Hierarchs, 2’ walking distance from the church of St. Nicholas, the beach "Asteria" in Vaporia and just 5' from the historical center of the city. Guests have access to the whole house. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix is offered. Baby equipment is provided.

Καλώς ορίσατε στο παραδοσιακό δωμάτιο το ¨Καλντερίμι¨.Το κτήριο χρονολογείται από τον 16ο αιώνα και βρίσκεται μέσα στον οικισμό της Άνω Σύρου, κοντά στην Πιάτσα(το κέντρο του οικισμού,όπου βρίσκονται οι ταβέρνες,τα καφέ-μπαρ,το μουσείο του Μάρκου Βαμβακάρη) και τον Καθεδρικό Ναό Σαν Τζώρτζη.Μια πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη μεζονέτα,που μπορεί να φιλοξενίσει μέχρι 3 άτομα.Από την βεράντα μπορείς να δεις το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος, καθώς και την Ερμούπολη.Σας ευχόμαστε καλή διαμονή και καλές διακοπές.

Access to a shared patio with frontal sea view from the bedroom.

Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 250μ. από τα ΚΤΕΛ Σύρου, μέσω των οποίων έχετε πρόσβαση στις παραλίες του νησιού και 450μ. από την πλατεία Μιαούλη (πιάτσα με ταξί), ιδανικό για εκείνους που δε θα επιλέξουν να φέρουν/νοικιάσουν κάποιο όχημα. Είναι κατάλληλο για τους επισκέπτες που επιθυμούν να βρίσκονται στην καρδιά του νησιού, κοντά σε ποικίλους χώρους εστίασης.

Απέχει μόνο 250μ. από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο), 100μ. από την παραλία Αστέρια. Καλή διαμονή!
