Our home is an authentic cycladic stone house, built in 1830 and restored in 2005 and 2018, which provides all the comforts to the visitors. The upper balconies have a stunning view of the port and the 2 main churches of the island and the port from. The location, only 5 mins on foot from the center of Ermoupolis, offers the perfect opportunity to explore this beautiful town. During your accomodation you will be provided with hypoallergenic bed linens, 100% cotton, including 3 towels and 1 sea towel per person, as well as kitchen utensils.

Cafeterias, mini markets, restaurants and the bus stop, as well as the Aquarium, are all in close proximity. A beautiful, urban chic, 2nd floor apartment (without elevator), recently renovated, with a large terrace. In a main road 15 minutes walk from the town center and the port. In 5 minutes you can visit the Industrial and the Hermoupolis Textile Museum. Around are also supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital, gym, bakery . It's ideal for remote workers as it is spacious with all the amenities and the equipment for every day life. Fast and free wifi ,a wonderful terrace for relax as also for work.

Casa Viento

Open the balcony door, breathe in the Aegean air and enjoy the endless blue. Ferries bound for the port come by within "touching" distance, as the scenery is completed by the islands of Tinos and Mykonos. The apartment is right above the only beach in town (Asteria), next to the picturesque Vaporia area. A just 10' walk will take you downtown, passing by the impressive Ag. Nikolaos church and the stunning Apollon theatre. Lastly, make sure to catch the sunrise, at least once!

Just in front of the house there is a small beach and a traditional Greek Taverna with excellent food.

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Syros - Cycladic stone house

A 300 year old, 90 m² genuine cycladic stone house restored to its original glory, located in a 2.500 m² plot in the middle of a NATURA ecosystem. The place is full of energy deriving from the adjacent Delos island, making it ideal for yoga retreat, meditation and trekking practitioners. Beautiful secluded unexploited beaches with magnificent sunsets in the north-west of the island, are 30' away on foot. The distance from Ermoupolis is 6,7 km.

Welcome to my tranquil home in Ermoupoli, Syros. Situated directly behind Kyveli Institute in the historic center, the property offers serenity amidst a bustling city. Tucked away on a quiet street, the neoclassical building blends modern comfort with timeless elegance. The property is on the upper floor of a renovated 19th century mansion and enjoys glimpses of the Aegean Sea from select windows and the rooftop garden.
