A modern and comfortable one bedroom (approx. 65 sqm) tastefully furnished apartment located in Gzira, one of the most sought after areas on the island. It can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. It is on the 3rd floor (with lift) with a balcony having a side view of Valletta. It is close to all sorts of amenities and transport. It is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority bearing License No HPI/7573. PS There might be construction going on in the street which of course we have no control .

Its takes 10-15 mins walk, to Promenade, Sliema ferries, beachfront, restaurants, shopping centre, yacht marina & HSBC bank/ATM. Other amenities nearby: Mater dei hospital, convenience store, pharmacy, hairdresser, grocery store, public transport (outside apartment). Valletta, is 15 mins by bus, furthermore, there’s also a ferry to Valletta, which is along Gzira/Sliema promenade.

It is a 2nd floor apartment that is accessible with lift. To compliment this apartment is a lovely roof terrace with a communal swimming pool. The pool accessible with a flight of stairs and is shared with the other three one bedroom apartments. We will be happy to have you as our guests.
