Please note we also have a small studio on the same property (Seaside Studio) which can accommodate 2 guests. We are pet friendly but please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required - pets are not allowed on beds. Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes. It is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and a 15 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day.

Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark and can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. access to property does have a steep driveway but the view is worth it. Stay at 'Seven' a cute retro apartment in my cottage garden. Upstairs there's a romantic loft style bedroom and small sitting area with views of the harbour. French doors lead you to your private floriferous roof garden. Downstairs provides kitchen and bathroom. Access between upstairs and downstairs is via the deck and outdoor stairs, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you enjoy colour, comfort and quirky surrounds stay here.
