Cozy tiny house 15 km from Stockholm in the nature

Would you like to discover Stockholm and the arquipelago and stay in a lovely calm area? Warmly welcome to our 30 sqm tiny house with a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or the cosy sleeping loft. Have dinner at the dining table and step outside and enjoy coffee on a sunny wooden terrace with a view into our beautiful garden. Bed linen & towels are included and even coffee/tea. The local train will take you to Stockholm in just 18 min. No need for a car.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Going by car to Stockholm takes about 15minutes. Car charging up to 50kWh/day is included. Let us know if you have any questions!

Lägenheten ligger i Ensta i Täby: • 3 minuters gångavstånd till mataffären Willys, busshållplats samt naturområde för löpning, tennis etc. • Shopping och restauranger i Täby centrum med över 150st butiker ligger runt hörnet. • 10 minuters gångsavstånd till Roslagsbanan som tar dig in till Stockholm C på ca 35 min.

Direktaccess från kök och vardagsrum till inglasad uterum och terrass med en stor härlig bubbelpool för 6 personer. Huset är perfekt för par och familjer. Ett unikt sjönära boende med fin utsikt över Åkers kanal, Åkersbro och Prästfjärden. Här bor ni i ett varsamt renoverat magasin i tre plan från ca 1850 med bevarad charm. Huset känns både lyxigt och ombonat och har en fantastisk atmosfär och lugn. OBS! Ej säkert för mindre barn; trappor utan räcken, fönster utan barnspärr i golvnivå med hög fallhöjd. Ej tillgänglighetsanpassat.
