The house gets tons of natural light and has a single dedicated parking spot for a car or small SUV. In the fully fenced backyard is a private covered hot tub. The home's interior is very welcoming with a unique western cabin theme. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and an electric fireplace for those rainy PNW days.

The Aphrodite apartment with hot tub is a historic house in the heart of 6th Ave. The apartment comes with 1 parking place but you won't need it. There are over 35 restaurants and shops just outside your door. 6th Ave is known for hip trendy shops and many restaurants just out the door. Get your fresh roasted coffee at Bluebeard Coffee Roasters (next door) or get a beer at State Street Brewery. We are also directly across from MSM deli known for their delicious sandwiches.

The library guest room and kitchenette is in a quiet area of Lakewood and is attached to our home. Private self-entry with lockbox, fast WiFi, covered carport for parking. Automatic discounts for weekly&monthly stays. Close to JBLM, shops and I-5, it's suitable for quick getaways or longer housing needs. All stays have access to the shared laundry room which has a large washer and sanitizing dryer. Nestled in the woods, you can relax & unwind in the cozy suite, large deck or grounds.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
