Fully Equipped Kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Induction, Fridge Dispenser Ice, Dishwasher, Nespresso) TV 4K sony, SONOS audio system, very high speed internet , NETFLIX Washing machine, dryer The residence is located 3 minutes walk from the seaside. The residence has a magnificent 20meters long swimming pool. The residence also has a beautiful fully equipped air-conditioned fitness room with latest generation of training equipment. At 3mn walk from the residence, the park VAIPOOPOO offers a recreation area for children, typical food places called "Roulottes". PAPEETE, the capital is accessible by car in 10 minutes by the RDO. A 24/24 supermarket open 7/7 is also available within 10 minutes walk. Marina Taina with its restaurants and diving clubs is 10 minutes walk.
