The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Our holiday home is a perfect get away for a quiet break. It has reverse cycle split system air conditioner. It has extensive lawns sweeping down to the waters edge and a private landing ideal for mooring your boat or fishing. There is a fire pit by the river if you fancy roasting marshmallows in cooler weather when there are no fire bans in place.The secure fence ensures the safety of young children preventing them from accessing the water without adults.Kayak canoe ,life jackets provided

Comfort was the main focus while renovating this beautiful home with ducted air conditioning throughout and all the modern features you would expect like wifi, tvs in every bedroom so you can chill out and watch a movie or enjoy everyone’s company under the pergola out back with a bbq. Only a short drive to the bend Motorsport park or river a perfect place to stay.

Paddle the kayaks across the river to the Wellington Hotel for dinner! Love watersports? BYO boat or JetSki and tie it up to your very own pontoon. Throw in a fishing line and fire up the BBQ. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

Mae’s Cottage

If you're looking for a home away from home Mae’s is for you. Close to the river and within walking distance to Main Street and cafes. She’s not fancy but she’s clean and recently renovated with a beautiful big gas stove and a homely feel. She is over 100 years old so the doors stick from time to time and the wooden floors may creak. The house is professionally deep cleaned after every guest. House is not suitable for small children under 5 years of age

There are 2 bathrooms and a living area with lounge, dining and kitchen as well as an outdoor area with gas BBQ.
