3 Bedroom House on the Flint River

Come and enjoy your own newly renovated private house on the Flint River. Located just 10 minutes from the beautiful wedding venue the Barns at Harper Pines. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on 3 acres directly on the Flint River. With over 200 feet of private river frontage, a private island accessed by swing bridge you can explore the natural beauty of the famous Flint River, fishing, kayaking and much more. We have kayaks available for your use. We are dog friendly with $150 pet fee.

Warm Springs Retreat

Grandaddy’s house is on approximately 4 acres of land providing comfort along with peace and quiet. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Warm Springs. Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. Most people find it charming, quaint and pretty typical of a small town. Kids love it. Smart TV’s W/ firestick remote So you can login in to your own streaming account and local channels are available. (No Cable TV)

Killian House Retreat, 4br 2ba

This quaint home was built in 1953 and we have designed it as a quiet getaway spot for our family. The Killian family has ties to the local history and FDR in Warm Springs. Now we are opening it up for others to enjoy. Please be aware that it is set-up as a retreat! There is a hotspot set up in the house for computers, but there is no T.V. In August of 2026 a mold test. The results are negative for mold. But be aware this retreat does smell like grandmother's house, homey and a little musty.

Wisteria Way Bed and Breakfast

Come relax in our historic Southern home which was the original Country Club of Thomaston built in 1922 and converted into a beautiful private home in the 1940’s. Step back in time in our gorgeous unique estate. The Protea King Room is the main booking room payable to AirBnB. The 2nd room is available for $60.00 payable to me on arrival ..no added fees or taxes. Enjoy our spacious porch, indoor and outdoor dining areas, nice size lounge, luscious gardens and personal tea and coffee bar.

Cabin has river views from sunroom, den, kitchen, deck, and dining areas. Sleeps up to 7 with 2 queen bedrooms plus 2 twin daybeds and 1 full swing bed with river views. Private road with gated access. Canoeing, Swimming, Wildlife Management Areas, Antique Shopping, and Restaurants within 15 miles from this location.

The Pond House

The Pond House is a ranch style home built in the 80’s. It’s located on 30 acres of wooded land overlooking a small pond. Very quiet and secluded environment. We are the closest neighbors on the other side of the pond, available if needed. Our extended family enjoys using the home. We look forward to others enjoying this warm and welcome home. No parties or gatherings. 6 guests ONLY, including children. 2 vehicles only, NO TRAILERS, alternative parking can be pre-arranged

With private access and plenty of parking, Nana's Retreat is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small kitchenette complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove oven, sink, and Keurig coffeemaker. *Please note our pool is currently closed and under repair.
