This charming studio is superbly located and has everything you need at your fingertips. The flat is well-equipped, spacious (37 m2), and conveniently located on the second floor, accessible by lift. From the large window, there is a calming view of the park. The Kalamaja area is calm. Relax in the park, enjoy the new and vibrant sea area, eat pizza or sushi next door, or stroll to the well-stocked shopping center. Old Town is also within walking distance. There are many transportation options.

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.
