Ubicada en la Hacienda María Gabriela, a 10 minutos de Machachi y rodeada de hermosos paisajes, se encuentra Kunan House. Cozy apartment remodeled in the colonial quarter of Quito, located on the third floor, a loft with a spectacular panoramic view of the Historic Center. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with filtered water and essential implements to meet our guests' needs. The comfortable facilities provide good relaxation. We have Wifi 620Mbps a 1.05Gbps, a telephone line, a television with Netflix, and heaters for the shower and kitchen sinks.

Casa 929 consta de dos casas que se alquilan de forma conjunta o independiente. Se encuentra a 30 minutos del hipercentro de Quito. La primera casa tiene una capacidad maxima para 25 hospedados, cuenta con: jacuzzi interior, Internet, 2TVs, cocina completa, cancha de futbol, pérgola cubierta, comedor exterior para 40 personas, zona bbq, 13 parqueos. Se realizan bodas y cumpleaños con un tope de 100 invitados y 38 hospedados El valor mostrado corresponde a 4 personas hospedadas.
