Pristine condition 51 SQM 1BR apartment in historical area,walking distance from city center. Apartment has been fully renovated 2 years ago sparing no expenses (marble kitchen, hardwood floors) and fully equipped with brand new furniture. Apartment hosts 4 people and is on peaceful inner yard, next to Helsinki sea front. Katajanokka area is next to city center and famous for it's Art Deco buildings - all services, groceries, restaurants and attractions of Helsinki just a short distance away.

Authentic neighborhood near bustling city center

The apartment has been renovated in spring 2019 with a completely new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen should meet the demands of a good home cook. Basic amenities are always available, we will try to meet extra requests. Netflix is for free. The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.

Top floor city apartment with balcony

This top floor apartment is newly renovated and it's facing the inner yard with a great view and quietness. It has all the amenities needed for a longer stay. The thing I enjoy most is a balcony with nice view to the rooftops of Helsinki. Apartment is centrally located nearby Hietalahti marketplace, the sea but also a short walking distance to Kamppi and central railwaystation, if not into walking you might use nearby tram or city bikes.

Stunning renovated art-deco apartment available now (28m2, living room, kitchen and spacious sleeping loft) in Eira, a very central and the most prestigious area of Helsinki. Longer-term let preferred, with a minimum of 4 weeks, and maximum of up to 5 months. Perfect for someone coming for an exchange placement/work contract etc to Helsinki. Ideal for couples as well.
