C'est le seul appartement dont le balcon de 17m2 est construit au dessus du chemin qui longe la plage, offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur les vagues, le village, les pêcheurs, les surfeurs. Très confortable, décoré et entretenu avec soin pour un séjour exceptionnel au dessus de l'océan, proche des nombreux cafés et restaurants longeant la plage et à 2 pas des écoles de surf, au coeur de ce village berbère convivial mêlant pêcheurs, commerçants, surfeurs du monde entier...et quelques touristes.

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin.
