Mari's house

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

La casa è in campagna, in collina a circa 550 metri slm . é sù 2 livelli. Ha 2 entrate per piano ed è comunicante all'interno da scala a chiocciola .Ci sono 2 camere da letto, un bagno, una cucina e una sala pranzo con tv e divano utilizzabili. Dal balcone della camera da letto ( dove è possibile consumare pasti ) ci si può rilassare ammirando il meraviglioso panorama sulla citta' di Taormina e natura circostante .La casa è situata in campagna a pochi km da Castelmola, Taormina e isola Bella.

L'alloggio di 32 m² può accogliere fino a 2 ospiti ed è dotato di tutti i comfort: letto matrimoniale, cucina elettrica attrezzata, aria condizionata/riscaldamento, TV Smart 55” UHD con ricezione satellitare e connessione a internet, WI-FI free 100 Mbps, macchina per il caffè espresso, cassaforte e asciugacapelli. Il servizio di pulizia dei locali ed il cambio lenzuola è gratuito e garantito settimanalmente.

THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. L'appartamento, denominato Pina, vi offre la sua ospitalità accogliendovi in una confortevole dimora dotata di due camere da letto, due bagni, un salotto ed una cucina. Potete inoltre usufruire di ampi terrazzamenti immersi nel verde ad un passo dal centro storico.
