Tervetuloa majoittumaan meidän talossa sijaitsevaan omalla sisään käynnillä olevaan yksiöön 20m². Petipaikkoja 2-4. Asuinalue on rauhallinen ja lähellä moottoritietä. Talomme on vuonna 2022 valmistunut. Pihassa on parkkipaikka ja mahdollisuus sähköauton lataamiseen lisämaksusta. The apartment is 20m² and is located in our house with its own entrance. Fits 2-4 persons. Quite neighborhood and close to motorway. Our house is new. Free parking and ev-charge possibility with extra cost.

Distance by car: Helsinki Airport 144km Lahti 48km Heinola 37km Vierumäki 23km Supermarket 8km The heart of the Villa is the open plan living room with large scenic windows that bring the surrounding nature indoors. A separate sauna building and a hot tub are located near the lake shore.

Pikkukoti sijaitsee lähellä upeita Salpausselän ulkoilumaastoja. Lahden Hiihtostadioni on viiden kilometrin päässä. P-H keskussairaala kävelymatkan päässä. Kesäisin näppärät sähköpyörät vuokrattavissa lähipysäkiltä. Talon alakerrassa idyllinen puusauna vilvoittelutiloineen. Omassa rauhallisessa pihassa on omena ja luumupuita. Kesäisin puuron päälle voi hakea vadelmia tai syksyn tullen pyöräyttää vaikka omenapiirakka pihan ompuista tai vain makoilla riippukeinussa.

Ihana mökki Kalkkistenkosken rannalla. Isolla terassilla voit grillata, syödä, nauttia ilta-auringosta, istuskella aurinkotuoleilla tai seurata lintujen elämää koskella. Palju ja sauna lämpiävät ja avotakka luo tunnelmaa. Keittiössä on kaikki tarpeellinen ja grilli ja ulkotulipaikka rannassa mahdollistavat monenlaisen lomaruuanlaiton. Saunaan ja keittiöön tulee lämmin vesi, juomavesi tuodaan kanistereissa mökille. Puucee ihan mökin lähellä. Autolla pääsee pihaan asti.

Recently built all-year-round leisure home at a scenic place at the Kymijoki river canyon. Separate sauna building near the river. Nice places to swim, water is clean and clear. Warm & potable water, dishwasher, laundry machine, bedware. Indoor toilet is normal, outdoor toilet is of composting type. Wifi is there but speed is limited to 4M. An open fire barbecue place. TV and a DVD player, bluetooth compatible sound system.

Large villa suitable for enjoying joint holidays with big family and there is also plenty of room to throw a party. The main building of the villa has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a ballroom, a large newly renovated sauna area and a billiard room. In addition, there is a cottage sauna and barn by a river that runs through the plot. You can also rent the Kumia Mill on the adjacent plot.
