There is only one caravan, so peace and quiet is guaranteed. We are a 0.5 mile walk to the blue flag Benone beach & beside a bar & restaurant. Local amenities include the ferry to Donegal and Benone golf course. We are situated between Coleraine and Limavady and just 30 minutes drive from the Giants Causeway.

Welcome to our luxurious lodge nestled in the West of Ireland where you can relax and unwind in total luxury, enjoy peaceful country walks and yet in 20 minutes you can be in the heart of Galway city where there are numerous restaurants, lively bars and magical street entertainers. Travel time from Shannon and Knock international airports is approximately 1hour. The fantastic Atlantic way is on our door step, with the Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands and Connemara just a short drive away.

You are most welcome to stay in Comely Bank House, a traditional period 2-storey home situated on the outskirts of the historic village of Articlave. Beautiful raised aspect looking out over the Barmouth where the River Bann runs into the sea. Views to Portstewart prom and the Scottish Isle of Islay on a clear day. Built in the 1930s by my grandfather and remaining in our family since, the house has been completely refurbished. We are excited to let you experience our beautiful home!

You are within walking distance to all the local pubs who host free traditional music sessions and great food also. Doolin is located 50km from Shannon Airport and 70 km from Galway City.
