The carriage house was built around 1840 and is the original structure updated with modern luxury amenities. The Dogwood Tiny House is a modern and cozy single-story tiny house featuring a large 7x7 foot window overlooking the beautiful wooded hillside, a queen bed with a great view of nature, full kitchen and bath, and great outdoor space among mature trees to enjoy an evening campfire and the night stars. Rustic Treetop Apartment w/ Off Street Parking

This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.
