This spacious 2 bedroom loft is sure to meet all of your needs and offers scenic views overlooking our beautiful downtown area. The loft has a kitchenette equipped with a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes and silverware. Includes a full bath and a shared washing machine and dryer in the commons area.

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Clark’s River House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on the banks of the Oconee River. Public boat ramp 1/2 mile away. River front. Nice private place for business or pleasure. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Front and back porches. Fenced in yard for small children, pets and extra privacy. Lott does connect to the river. Over 100ft of river front. WiFi has been added as of 1-25-25 by popular demand.

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a sleeping loft nestled on 30 acres bordered by a beautiful freshwater creek and offering private UTV/ATV trail leading to private sandbar access. The majority of wood used in construction of this cabin was hand milled on site. Convenient location in proximity to Vidalia, Lyons, Metter and Statesboro.
