Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

A small place to spend a pleasant time whether you're traveling for work or just relaxing. The city center is only a short walk away. A couple of nice places to eat and drink are located next to the house. Despite the proximity to the city center the surrounding streets are calm

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).

Quiet apt. with sunny balcony

Apartment is locating in the area, where are wooden houses from 19-20th century, called Karlova. Nearby are bar and tiny cafes with enjoyable atmosphere. Grocery store (Tähe Rimi mini) 120m. Karlova park nearby. 15 minute walk to the city center.
