Within walking distance you are surrounded by most of our favourite bars, restaurants, galleries, cafes, bakeries. Also both food and flea markets together with art and book shops are just a short 3 min walk from the house. Just in 7 minutes walkin to railway station, theather 3 min. Place has own parking slot. Private terace for morning cafe.

Tartu kesklinnas maja neljandal korrusel asuv ühetoaline korter, kuhu külalised pääsevad hõlpsasti bussiga (1,1km) või rongiga (950m). Autoga tulles saate parkida samasse tänava äärde. Tasuline parkimine on tööpäeviti 8-18, muul ajal tasuta. Samuti meil tasuta kiire internet ning ligidal bussipeatus. Jalutage 5-minutit Riia mäest alla ja olete kohe kesklinnas! P.S. For a better overview, I recommend using the SNABB app. The cost in area A is 0.05€/minute Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (parking for the whole day costs 33€) and Sat 11am-5pm (18€ per day), public holidays + Sun are free. Parking in area B fee 0.025€/minute Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (16.50€ all day), public holidays and Sat+Sun free. Also areas where you can park for 10-15€/24h.

Mugavustega stuudiokorter, tasuta parkimine

Mõnus oma rõduga korter linnakärast veidi eemal, kuid Lõunakeskus ja Selver on vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hea bussiühendus linnaga. Korteri lähedal väike metsatukk, kus saab ka natuke linnulaulu nautida ja jalutada. A great apartment with balcony. Not in the city center but Lõunakeskus with different stores, cinema and restaurants is very near (ca 10-15min walk). Also small forest, where it is very nice to have a little walk and enjoy a little bit of Estonian nature:)
