You have the entire downstairs area, which includes large bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed & TV (Netflix), fabulous bathroom with free standing bath & newly renovated kitchenette/laundry. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers & business travellers. Space also benefits from a lovely north facing garden & deck area with BBQ all perfect for alfresco dinning.

Welcome to our little slice of paradise! 5 bedrooms - 1 queen bed in master & 1 bedroom. Single beds + trundler beds in other 3 rooms. Super king sofa bed in the small lounge. 3 toilets, main bathroom and ensuite in the master bedroom. Covered patio area, super-sized spa pool + paved area. Also outdoors; pool, volleyball net, basketball hoop + trampoline! 10 min commute to city centre, 15-20 mins to Mt Maunganui or 5 mins to Beth Shopping Centre + Tga Crossing.

Fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Great 2/3 bedroom house, 5 minutes walk from beautiful Papamoa beach. Enjoy the hot outdoor shower after the beach. Weber grill for your enjoyment in the Italian inspired courtyard. Top rated cafe, locally owned supermarket and Pub all walking distance. In September/ October we are looking for someone who is interested in a 1-4 week stay and who would be happy to feed our friendly cat Daisy (therefore the cheaper price).

Crane Cottage

Crane Cottage is located in a quiet street and situated on a large section with an outdoor patio and BBQ area. It is a five minute walk to Bayfair Shopping Mall which includes a local supermarket, restaurants shops, cafes and the beach, making it easy to plan your visit. Mount Central is a 10 minute drive and access to Tauranga and Rotorua is easy. Beach access is a five minute walk through an alleyway where the beach is never crowded as it is local access only.

You will love the private sheltered outdoor area that opens up from the dinning room where you can enjoy an evening BBQ as well as the afternoon sunshine.

The Woolshed

Welcome to our rustic 'Woolshed', which was once upon a time exactly that. In 2017 Ricky & Micaela renovated the woolshed into the countryside retreat it is now, located in the Papamoa Hills with beautiful views, nestled in nature on a lifestyle block.
