Walking distance to shops, cinema, restaurants & Beach. Perfect place for a romantic getaway or midweek work place for a single person or couple. Enjoy the palms and each others company in a Peaceful home. Wake up and walk to Henry en Ted for a barista coffee. Card games, full kitchen to make a great breakfast/dinner/baking. enjoy some Bali in Papamoa. There are also good walking tracks not to far from here, up to Papamoa Hills. A perfect quiet location and a tv for movies on rainy days.

Simple and Easy in Greerton Village

Greerton Village Shopping Centre at the end of our street with International Eateries, Cafes, Banks, Medical Centres, Opp Shops & Supermarkets. 5-minutes walk to Public Pools, Tauranga Race Track and Golf Course. 5-minute drive to Tauranga's newest Shopping Centre; The Lakes The neighbourhood is very quiet and casual, as are we, at the end of a caul de sac. My husband and I will be living in the studio app. downstairs, there if you need. 2 minute walk from and affordable and clean laundromat

Vitamin Sea - Close to the beach

Property is across the road from the beach. Just been totally refurbished to what I would say is 4star plus. Children under one yrs old stay free. Main bedroom has Huge California King Bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a Queen bed plus two single beds. Cafe and takeaways is 3 minute walk. Only a 1.4 km walk to Bayfair shopping mall, movie theatres and a large selection of restaurants. The same distance to walk to Bay-wave indoor swimming pools with water slide.
