It´s only a 5 minute walk to Tavira city centre, a 3 minute walk to the market and close to all the great Ria Formosa beaches. Luz Romana is a property with 4 independent houses A1, A2, B1, B2 and a shared salted-water swimming pool. Based right in the heart of the Natural Park of Ria Formosa.  It embraces over 2 hectares on which was established the port city of Balsa under the Roman Empire in the first century BC. It is in this haven of peace full of history that you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay. B2 is a fully equipped villa (80 m²) which can accommodate 4 people and has a terrace with a view on the sea.

Villa Palmeira - Spacious villa for 6 people

The villa in Luz de Tavira is located in a rural area and surrounded by typical Portuguese houses, greenery and close to the highway, making it a good base for exploring the region. Within walking distance is a local food market, cafes, pharmacy and an ATM. Renting a car is highly recommended, we have a double carport, free parking on the property and the villa is fully fenced & closed off with a gate. The whole property, house and swimming pool are private (our pool is not heated)

Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car.
