This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and delivers modern comfort, thoughtful amenities, and direct access to the water in one of Florida’s most beloved hidden gems. Outside, enjoy your own private community swimming pool, private boat launch and private docking, plus ample boat and trailer parking for guests.

We accept extra registered guests. Plenty of land for boats and vehicles. Use the cleaning station for all your hunting and fishing trips. A fire pit to enjoy the night air. Swings for the kids & for the adult kids is corn hole, checkers & horseshoe games. Furry friends are welcome and have their own suite, if needed. (fee is $30 per pet)The perimeter is fenced. We have a Baby crib and Highchair for our littlest friends. Gas and charcoal grill is available, bring the charcoal!

This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

The house is walking distance from the beach! Dock space is available for you to park your boat in the water. This cozy little house has two bedrooms and a loft, and can sleep up to 6 people. We are pet friendly! There is a pet fee if you choose to bring your pets. Limit two pets max.
