This spacious 3BR, 1 Bath Ranch invites you and your family to enjoy the conveniency of being centrally located in the heart of Downtown Campbellsville, & within 10 minutes to Green River Lake State Park!!!. You will love the entertainment areas this house provides with the Den and Patio spaces. There is plenty of room to spread out if needed. You have the option of reserving (on the lower basement floor) 1 bedroom (up to 2 ppl per room) or 2 bedrooms (add $39 for second room, payable on arrival) We are about 5 minutes from all of Campbellsville’s terrific amenities. This includes a den/kitchen combo, large bath and laundry room. A semi-private entrance to a modern, yet cozy area. While we still invite short term stays, we have switched our focus to long-term stays for business and traveling nurses. We accommodate boats and pickups.

You can enjoy a front porch chairs with a large covered side porch for relaxing- inc. fire pit! Home provides a queen bed in the master with private bathroom as well as a double bed in the secondary bedroom. The third bed room has a bunk bed. All bed rooms and living room have tvs. Home on a quiet farm setting. All within walking distance of Lake, walking trails, and marina.

For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

Incredibly cozy house for your stay! House has three bedrooms, all outfitted with new queen beds! Also included are two roll-away twin memory foam sleepers if needed, along with three sofas that flip down into futons. Great vibe and comfort! Property has a sunroom with a beautiful view. In the sunroom is a spacious table for dinner with a view if you'd like to eat outside. The living room has a 51" tv and wifi. If you have any streaming services you can log in and use them as well!
