This 19th century cabin is your perfect cozy getaway. This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.
