Our property features a large backyard and it is conveniently surrounded by numerous restaurants. The beach is just 50 meters away, making it easily accessible. We have our own power generator and are also connected to Pop’s District’s generator, providing a more reliable power supply during power outages.

We live at the ground floor of the building where you will stay. We have Jack Russel dog, he will bark at you during your first meeting, but he is friendly
