Gollum's Cave (duplex) Now w/late checkout Sundays

Come experience sleeping in a cave without actually roughing it! Located in the back of the Hobbit, the Cave has its own private entrance under the leaf canopied patio. *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* You will be greeted by a lantern hanging among the stalactites and vines and a set of stairs leading down into the cave. An indoor gas fireplace, a 50" smart TV, full kitchen, tiled shower, & queen memory foam mattress all guarantees a magical stay!

You will not believe you are just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria & 7 minutes from Par-A-Dice Casino. The Barn Loft is a quiet retreat. The space has a private bathroom and kitchen. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms.Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Efficiency kitchen with open living space including an island with seating for four plus a dining table for six. This apartment has two spacious bedrooms one with a twin bed and full size bed and the other with a queen sized bed. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. The newly renovated bathroom has a double vanity.

Conveniently located to Peoria and Bloomington Normal 25 minutes to Rivian 15 minutes to OSF, Unity Point, and Caterpillar Morton has many parks~ disk golf, soccer, pools. and bike trails .

Large side lot with plenty of room for outdoor activities, including a fire pit. In-law quarters on the lower level w/ kitchenette, bathroom and queen bed upon request.

The cottage at 10 Acre Wood is a private location on a dead end road on a very wooded property perfect for walking. it is close to Canton, Pekin and Peoria. We are a working homestead would lots of free-range chickens. You will find afully stocked beautiful kitchen ready for you to get creative, a cozy wood stove for those cold winter nights, a cozy reading nook, and an outdoor fire pit. Stays longer than 28 days can be arranged privately with the owner.
