Relax in this new ground floor, self-contained, spacious one bedroom abode! You'll get an "away from it all" feel when you walk in and love the ambience & outdoor spaces. Maximising the lake, mountain, & 'across the road' nature reserve views, it is close to great parks & reserves, bars & restaurants, local shops, lakes, & walking & biking tracks. The house is 2-storey with separate and secure entrances for each level and the large downstairs unit is all yours to enjoy! Non-smoking please.

Mountain Vista

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

New modern warm home situated 500 metres from the lake and 5 minutes from the centre of town and the boat harbour. Great views of the mountains. Close to walking and cycling tracks. Overlooking Fergus Square, our unit is newly renovated and decorated. Stacker doors open onto a covered deck for outdoor relaxing. Fully insulated and with a heat pump, you will be warm and comfortable no matter the weather. Just a few minutes walk to the lake, and 5 minutes walk to shops, cafés and bars, the location is perfect! Beautiful lake, spectacular mountains and easily accessed walking tracks. Luxmore Lookout

This is an architecturally designed home, built in 2019, located a short stroll from the shores of Lake Te Anau. The spacious property enjoys afternoon/evening sun which can be enjoyed from the huge indoor window seat or on the deck. We offer unlimited fast wifi and a bluetooth speaker system so you can relax and listen to some tunes while you whip up a meal in our well equipped kitchen.

PLEASE NOTE_ Owing to staff holidays it is not possible to accept a check in on Christmas Day (25th December). You can depart on Christmas day or later if required. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a stroll to the shores of Lake Te Anau and a 90 minute drive to the world renowned Milford Sound, although you may wish to allow more time for photo opportunities!
