Old Fashioned Stunner

Original, Kiwi, 50's family bach with its own direct access to Coopers Beach. Rumpty, but comfy, and sitting on a large private section with room for cars and a boat. The bach is very private and quiet. It has magnificent uninterrupted views across Doubtless Bay, and you can walk down to the beach via a private path through the trees in 2 minutes. The bach has a heat pump, heaters and lots of blankets so that it remains cosy at night. We think it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

The Pipi Patch

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space set in 3 acres of lush garden. This two bedroom self-contained retreat is warm and inviting and a perfect base for your Far North adventures. Within a few minutes you could be casting your rod out on the iconic West Coast at 90 Mile Beach or taking a dip in Houhora harbour on the East side, our part of the country is that narrow! It's an easy drive north to Cape Reinga with a host of stunning beaches along the way. Relax, unwind or explore.

We built our 3 bedroom bach over 3 years with wood milled from our farm, with all the family in mind, to use and enjoy. With ramps for wheelchair or pushchair, it’s the perfect stay for the whole family. It’s ‘off the grid’ with solar, a gas Califont and a unique long drop adding to its rustic charm. With expansive views of Houhora Harbour, and only a 2 minute walk for a swim, this quiet get-a-way is just minutes from Pukenui shops, and boat ramp. Bring the boat, the kids, or just yourselves.

Cape Reinga Doubtless Bay, Whangaroa & Hokianaga Harbour all close you will never run out of things to do. Take a two min stroll down the drive to a safe swimming and surfing beach or take you car on the beach for a drive along 90 Mile Beach or just sit and the deck with your favourite drink and enjoy the endless view of 90 Mile .

Doubtless Views is a large family home set on a regularly maintained 1.7 acre private garden estate with an unobstructed 180 degree view of Doubtless Bay in it's entirety, from Tokerau Beach right round to the village at Hihi and all in between. A downstairs fully serviced apartment makes it ideal for larger holidaying groups A seagull's view of the bay and like the bird, just a few minutes from being under the shady Pohutukawas that overhang the sand at Cable Bay and Coopers Beach.

Houhora Harbour Studio

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

This place offers unique options for picnics on the 20acres with stunning views , Far North adventures or private luxurious outdoor bath.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Welcome to Studio Blak, a brand new self contained open planned space to kick back an unwind after a trip to Cape Reinga, a day at the beach or work away from home! Located in Ahipara, a small coastal town 15mins drive from Kaitaia. You’ll find us in a quiet, safe residential subdivision a 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chips & dairy! A short 2 minute drive or 15min walk to the beach!
