Vicino a ponte Rialto, arredato con mobili di famiglia ma letti nuovi e cucina funzionale e con lavanderia attrezzata. Si trova al secondo piano con 2 rampe di scale da 19 gradini ciascuna e 2-3 gradini a scendere. Ideale per giovani coppie o amici, ma anche famiglie con ragazzi grandi. Supermarket molto vicino. Riscaldamento autonomo e condizionatore solo nella stanza centrale e non nelle camere. Verranno chiesti i dati del documento di identità. La tassa di 4€/persona /notte verrà richiesta.

L'appartamento è grande, luminoso e confortevole. Le finestre si affacciano su un piccolo canale dove passano le gondole. Si trova a soli 100 metri dal Ponte di Rialto ed a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco. Il mio alloggio ti piacerà per questi motivi: il quartiere di San Marco, il più bello di Venezia; la luce, la comodità dei letti e la cucina. Il mio alloggio è adatto a famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi. A 100 metri dalla fermata del vaporetto linea 1 e 2. WiFi fibra ottica free.
