Techiman is about an hour's drive from several tourist areas- monkey sanctuary in Nkoranza, several waterfalls and canopy walk in Kintampo. It is close to Sunyani, midway to the North and close to Kumasi.

Various birds come to the house daily for food, water, and shelter.It is a semi-detached building and my family occupy the other half of the house. The house is walled with metal gates.
