In cooler months, the wood-burning stove provides heat, and evenings invite roasting marshmallows at the fire pit outside or curling up with a book. You will be surrounded by 1000s of acres Forest. Please be aware you're sharing the space with critters that may greet you!

The town of Mineral is a small island of private cabins surrounded by a sea of National Forest and National Park lands. An adventurer's dream. You could walk out the backdoor of the cabin, into the forest, and arrive at the Lassen Visitor Center without crossing a single paved road, or seeing another human. Just bears.

Adorable cabin in the Lassen National Forest is just 15 minutes away from the Lassen Volcanic National Park entrance and its beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls. Also, explore the Pacific Crest Trail, Lake Almanor, or fishing in Battle Creek. Stay a while and relax, or work remotely in this newer cabin with awesome Starlink Wifi, master bedroom (Queen Bed) and a loft (Two Double Beds). Families are welcome; however, please do not book more than four adults.
