Stilvolles Loft mit Seeblick Die Unterkunft ist für bis zu 10 Personen geeignet. Das Apartment befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses und verfügt über einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Es gibt bis zu 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und 1 separate Toilette. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Haarfön sind vorhanden. Im Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Laden mit griechischen Erzeugnissen.

Absolut jeder, ob Familie, Freundesgruppe, Paar oder Einzelperson kann sich bei uns wohl fühlen. Wir haben eine tolle Wohnung, die 6 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung stellt (bei Bedarf könnte man auch das Sofa für weitere Schlafplätze nutzen). Der tolle Blick vom Balkon auf die Bergkulisse der Alpen zeigt euch, in was für einer schönen Gegend ihr euch befindet. Außerdem ist die Nähe zu Salzburg ein absolutes Highlight: in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bei der Grenze und in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Welcome to the Laschenskygut in Wals near Salzburg! The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Salzburg, surrounded by green meadows with a magnificent view of the mountains. With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Das Appartement befindet sich im schönen idyllischen Rupertiwinkel. Unser toller Garten am Waldrand, mit Vogelgezwitscher und den Schafen auf der Weide nebenan, mit Blick auf die Berge ist Erholung pur. Sie erreichen uns am besten mit dem Auto. Das Appartment befindet sich im Keller. Putzmittel und Desinfektionsmittel sind da. Ein Fahrradweg führt rund um den Waginger und Tachinger See den wärmsten See Bayerns. Die Heidewanderung mit dem Moorsee ist nur einen Kilometer entfernt.

Die Altstadt ist durch einen schönen Spaziergang den Fluss entlang (2 km) oder in nur wenige Minuten mit Auto oder Bus gut und einfach erreichbar. Unser Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, wo Sie die Mozartstadt von Ihrer besten Seite kennenlernne.

Neu ausgestattete Ferienwohnung am Bauernhof für 1 bis 4 Personen. Genießen Sie den wunderschönen Ausblick in die Berge von unserem großen Balkon. Im Sommerhaus besteht an schönen Sommertagen die Möglichkeit zum Grillen, bei schlechtem Wetter bietet die offene Wohnküche genügend Platz für einen gemütlichen Abend. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit Fussbodenheizung sowie einer Be- und Entlüftungsanlage ausgestattet.

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft in ländlicher Atmosphäre Nähe Salzburg. Auch die anderen touristischen Highlights wie Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut und Chiemsee erreichen Sie schnell mit dem Auto. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
