The site is easily accessible from the road. The home overlooks thousands of forested acres while providing you an enjoyable tranquil view from a semi-closed patio with a firepit. The patio has furniture, BBQ grill, smoker and picnic table. Woodland Park does have a golf course.

Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom with amazing views of Pikes Peak, rock formations, and forest. This level has a private entrance and patio to enjoy the surroundings. This is the ground level attached to our main house, however there are no shared living spaces, just a shared driveway. We live in the upper level with 3 of our 6 children during the school year, Sep-May. This property is only available during that time. *We do not allow pets or events*
