The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Situated in the northwest (sunny side) of Telluride, this studio has all the comfort you need in a great location! Park your car and don't drive again until you check out. Steps to everything. The Hideout-Cozy Retreat on bike path w/ hot tub!

Come celebrate the festival season and amazing hiking at a cozy private unit behind my house directly on the bike/walking path for 1-4 guests. Only 1.6 miles from town (and 25 yards from the SMART bus stop.) Park on my driveway for easy convenience. The free gondola to Mtn Village is less than 2 miles away. The Valley Floor and elk sighting are across the street. The hot tub is private on the airbnb patio to enjoy the stars on the cool nights. Enjoy!
