I will personally welcome you to check inn and show you everything in the apartment and explain. It is completely your apartment for your stay. Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Es ist komplett dein Apartment für deinen Aufenthalt. Bitte gehe mit dem Apartment wie mit denn Nachbarn Respekt voll und ruhig um. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. Le métro U8 (ligne nord-sud) station LEINESTRASSE est à 5 minutes à pied. Il y a de nombreux cafés et restaurants dans les rues alentours. C'est vraiment l'un des quartiers les plus agréables de Neukölln et il est ideal pour découvrir le Berlin du moment.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nur 2 Gehminuten von einer großen Geschäftsstraße entfernt. Dort findet man viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Ein großes Kaufhaus und ein Einkaufszentrum sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt und bietet tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Ambersuite und auch die Ufa-Fabrik stehen für die abendliche Unterhaltung zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig auf der Straße.
