Kayak at sunrise. Cast a line off the private dock. When the sun sets, the kids lose themselves in the retro arcade while the adults claim the porch swing. Close to everything: 25 min to Dollywood, 35 min to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains NP — but far enough that all you'll hear at night is the water.

Flat island, 3 feet out of the water. Cabin comes with boat dock, gas grill, 1 canoe or 2 kayaks and free firewood. We rent brand new pontoons. Nestled within the 1,800 ft. mountains all the way around the TRG island. ''In shade'' all day. Highest mountains of the 652 miles of The Tennessee River.

While every window in the lighthouse has a water view, the top level boasts a 360 degree view of water & the treetops, to observe all the beauty of Douglas!

Enjoy the two fireplaces in a “rustic” meets “modern” log cabin on 10 acres of privacy that is adjoined to over 2000 acres of park land. There is 450 ft of lake front & private dock to store your boat/toys, but the dock is not usable Nov 1 to April 1. Enjoy nature walks, spend lake time with friends or just relax taking in the amazingly beautiful views, hot tub and amenities. This truly is our happy place.

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.

This newly renovated home is nestled on ¾ of an acre with a beautiful view of the lake and park-like backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck taking in the wonderful sunrise over the cove. This home is a short 25 minutes from Nashville, but far enough for that get away, country feel. This air-conditioned house is also located in the popular 2-foot cove on Old Hickory Lake. Check out Dolly Parton’s vacation home as you kayak through the cove.

Come to the lake retreat with family or friends and enjoy the beautiful views of Kentucky Lake. You’ll find friendly families who wave hello as they drive by you in their club cars. The three-bedroom, two-bath house has a full kitchen, living room, and sunroom. The house is within walking distance of the lake. You can enjoy an early morning swim or go fishing in the stunning lake. Enjoy nature at its best. The retreat is not suitable for pets.
