Dispone de un salón cocina completo, donde hay un sofá-cama de matrimonio, se encuentra en Tergu, a pocos minutos de la playa en coche y de Castelsardo. Tergu esta muy bien ubicado y dispone de todos los servicios, bar, pizzería, farmacia.
