Vi si accede dalla Serpentina, strada alberata che collega Termini alta con Termini bassa. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, percorrendo le caratteristiche stradine acciottolate. Sono parimenti raggiungibili a piedi il lido attrezzato, il porto e la stazione ferroviaria.

If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
