Step back into simpler times at this cozy ranch style home tucked away at the end of a long dirt road in the quiet countryside of Dawson, Georgia. Built in the 1960s this home offers classic character, a warm atmosphere and the kind of peace only the country can provide. There is a dumpster in the backyard. It does not interfere with parking. The house has recently been repaired and the dumpster will be picked up in a few days.
