Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Spacious one bedroom independent suite/apartment with great lighting, perfect space to relax or work remotely. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchenette offers a mini fridge, Keurig, toaster and microwave. Air fryer and double burner. Fully stocked with dishes. Master suite has a queen bed and a sofa-bed in the living space. Enjoy the sounds of nature, rest, & recover. Rustic, homey, & unique. 4 mini goats & 3 chickens fenced out front; 4 kayaks, 1 paddle boat, & 1 SUP (stand up paddle board) for the quaint lake ahead. Books & nooks, hammocks & cozy kitchen. Walk around the backside of the property to explore nature even more. Plenty of stars in the sky. Record player, for an old time feel. Unplug & unwind. Let nature heal you, whilst enjoying the zen.

Take a break from the hustle of the city in my super cute guest house! Guests will enjoy the entire unit that is separate from the main house. The home has cable TV and a separate internet plan with wifi. The bed is queen sized and is a high quality memory foam and on an adjustable frame. There is a separate fenced in yard for your dog to enjoy. The property is quite and has a lot or air space between neighbors for added privacy.
