This gem is peacefully nestled in a bay near a park 12-15 min from downtown! Enter at the front door with your smart code. Your private guest suite is the entire lower level. Our family lives above. Enjoy your own private BR, full bath, LR, office area, laundry room and kitchen. The suite accommodates up to 6 guests. Note: Our cat lives upstairs but does not visit the suite. Do not book if you smoke or vape or plan to use the front door several times at night which may disturb others.
