This charming modern farmhouse has 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths this spacious 3k sq ft home is spacious can easily accommodate 12 guests. Wood Guest Ranch Waterfront Issoba Cabin

One bedroom, one bath cabin, with sofa sleeper in living room (suitable for children) and kitchenette. The cabin comes equipped with a coffee pot, microwave, compact refrigerator, electric skillet and spatula, dishes, utensils, dish soap, dish drain, linens and towels (for indoor use only). We do not provide any additional cooking supplies. Outside the cabin has a picnic table, fire pit, and grill. Please bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, matches/lighter, and outside cooking utensils.

Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). The Vineyard Loft is one of two Airbnb Venues located on the 3-acre Blackberry Patch property. Check out our other venue (Blackberry Cottage). Book both venues for a larger group.

Creekside Treehouse, available Fri and Sat

Beautiful, luxury treehouse with a full bath located on the creek on a 300-acre working farm. You will enjoy the flowing creek while sitting on the deck up in the trees. Once booked, you will be sent a link to all of our "extras" if you want to add to your adventure, including UTV rentals with hidden scavenger hunts. The open concept main floor and the four bedrooms can easily accommodate families or several couples.

There is something for everyone at our ranch! **Our dining experiences/ animal tours are NOT included and are an additional cost that needs to be booked separately.
