Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

The Cafe Solo Cottage

The Cafe Solo Cottage is a secluded Studio apartment located in the heart of Denton. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Splashy Studio on Dalton

Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Right in the heart of Allen, this peaceful getaway is a small piece of luxury in the most ideal location! The 1-bath boasts all the basics, including a Smart TV, WiFi, and a cozy setting to relax. When you’re not shopping at the Outlets, spectating at the Events Center, or taking a scenic stroll on the creek trail — The space is all you need for a calm retreat. The studio is attached to the main home but is a completely separate unit, with its own private entrance and easy parking.

Our guest house is in the heart of Denton, a block east of the Bell Avenue Historic District, with all the amenities to make your time in Denton relaxing and meaningful. This private, smoke and pet free retreat offers natural light and your own designated parking spot. Stay within two miles of UNT, TWU and the unique Denton Square. You will enjoy unique features that will make you feel at home including a stocked kitchen and a record player with music from local Denton bands.

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Guest Cottage in Historic Neighborhood

The quiet and private guest house is tucked behind a large historic home south of downtown Sherman, TX. It is traditional in design and decor. The kitchen features metal cabinets with double drain board sink and decorative finish. The vintage Hotpoint stove with soup well adds charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is a mile south of downtown Sherman and within walking distance of 903 Brewers. The stately homes of Heritage Row are just a few blocks away.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Red River Ridge Resort 10 minutes to Winstar

Guest house approximately 6-8 miles from Winstar Casino. Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or coming for a show at Winstar we are the best game in town. Especially economical and very private. Nestled on the edge of 280 acres of family land this is truly a diamond in the rough. You can cook for yourself or steal away to the Casino for a gourmet-meal. Covered parking. We believe a clean place is best and will not disappoint you.

Come experience historic downtown McKinney TX. Our place is located walking distance from downtown where there is plenty of good eats and shopping with that small town feel. You will love the cozy and rustic feel of our studio featuring mini-frig, toaster oven, hot plate, microwave and coffee maker.
