We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique property. Located between Woodstock and Stratford, very private with 1900 sqft of stylish decor and complete with a kitchen, living space and a games room. Outside, there's a hot tub, firepit (BYO wood), BBQ, and outdoor eating area. We live upstairs and are available to assist with the indoor or outdoor amenities at any time!

Located just 5 mins outside of Tillsonburg ont is this beautiful private country upstairs apartment. Included are 2 bed rooms with 2 queen beds and a third small bedroom with baby crib and a twin bed. Full kitchen and a spacious living room area. Short drive to wineries, beaches, golf course, and beautiful farm land. There is a Nordic Spa 15 min from my apartment named Wave Nordic Spa you have to check it out.

Cozy Haus

This stylish and spacious apartment is perfect to relax after a long day or work from home. Close walk to restaurants, coffee shops or a 3 minute drive to Wortley Village or downtown London. This is my 5th Airbnb that I have had in the past 5 years. Hosting is what I know! :) Also a 3 minute drive or 10 mins walk to Parkwood Hospital and Victoria Hospital.
