This loft with 2 suites and a living room with kitchenette was carefully decorated with luxury details, art and timeless design furniture. It was personalized to make you feel at home. It´s only a 5 minute walk to Tavira city centre, a 3 minute walk to the market and close to all the great Ria Formosa beaches. Calme absolu, promenades inspirantes. Tavira à 14 min de voiture. Salon avec cheminée, chambre à coucher en étage (lit deux places), petit salon avec couchage d'appoint (canapé convertible 1 ou 2 personnes; communique avec la chambre), cuisine agréable et bien équipée, salle de douche et WC. Un rêve.

Slow your pace in this rustic quiet place. The house is part of a 2,2 Hectares land (Quinta da Terra Nova) it’s traditional Portuguese. Our land has its own lake and terraces with fruit trees and agricultural areas, has several different spots to relax، work, write or just wander around. Take a basket & harvest veggies and fruit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Each season has its picks. Being there means you love outdoors, experience nature, hikes, and get inspired and humbled by simplicity.

Almost the entire property offers fantastic panoramic views to the ocean and valleys behind. Quintinha is a family farm with approximately 3 hectares located in Quelfes, a rural village 3 km from Olhão and 9 km from Fuzeta. It was rehabilitated a part of the housing area that originated an independent dwelling with exclusive swimming pool. This new space for guest use has been designed to provide a peaceful stay in the countryside but also promotes a lively atmosphere around the swimming pool and the barbecue.
