Small stone house in traditional Greek style on the island of Thassos, approximately 40 square meters to 1.5 floors with magnificant sea view and sunset. Wooden kitchen, Bath with shower / toilet with water heater, living room with sitting area, fireplace and partial thermo-floor heating. Upper floor - (gable height 2.20 m) with bed (160x200 cm), and air conditioning. Wooden windows and doors have mosquito nets. Outside: Natural stone terrace shaded with wine covered pergola and great views.

Annousa's Pounentes Studio with patio and sea view

Pounentes, named after the West Wind, is a spacious 2-person studio with king-size bed. It can also accommodate a child (sofabed) or an infant (cot). The kitchen has double electric induction hot-plates, fridge, toaster and kettle, cutlery and cookware, and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee! Smart TV. Private parking. Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

Το διώροφο πέτρινο κτίριο που κτίστηκε το 1890 αποκαταστάθηκε και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως μόλις πρόσφατα, βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Λιμένα, στις παρυφές της Ακρόπολης, σε απόσταση λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Λιμένα στο παλιό λιμάνι, κοντά στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της αρχαίας Θάσου, το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.

A bright and cheerful maisonette with a superb location, only 1 - 2 minutes walk to the beach. It is situated on a small hill thereby offering magnificent views of the entire bay of Golden Beach. The maisonette has two double beds . There are three balconies offering incredible views. The property is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free.
