K7 Depot

The K7 Depot Cabin sits directly next to a large body of water. Conveniently located 10 miles from Pittsburg and 30 miles from Joplin. THREE GUESTS MAX NO OUTSIDE GUESTS The Cabin sits approximately 100 feet from a short line railroad track. A very small train comes through an average of 2 times a day, 1 being in the middle of the night. Usually no train on Saturdays or Sundays. If you stand on the porch you might be able to get the conductor to honk his horn at you! Bank fishing is allowed

Edge of Town Spacious Double Sweet w/ Big Yard

You will have a worry free stay w/ a peaceful location nestled on a paved road at the edge of town. Inside you will enjoy a kitchen w/ granite countertops and gas stove. The dining area leads right into the tv room. One side of the house you have a master suite w/ queen size bed, huge walk in closet leads to the bathroom w/ granite double sinks. Internet/Wifi equipped with a 55" tv in bedroom and 65" tv in living/dining area. Half bath off kitchen plus a private master bath featuring double sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. The closet has a custom closet system with full-sized washer and dryer.

K’s Place Loft provides a central location of Downtown Chanute, KS. A spacious and stylish master suite that sleeps four easily along with a big living area that has a pull out full size bed that sleeps two or more to your liking. A dining room with a kitchen stocked with breakfast fixings that are sure to please!!! Also an amazing Coffee Station to get your day going. Be advised that there are 25 steps, but with a right hand railing, that lead to your destination of stay.

Poppy's Place

Inspired by a swatch of wallpaper found in the attic, 'Poppy's Place' is decorated to bring you back in time to the 1930's. Bright, bold and cheerful colors were introduced into homes at that time to help keep people inspired during the dust bowl of the Great Depression. The 1930’s was the decade that fell directly in between WWI and WWII and Poppy Flowers were, and still are, a symbol of hope and remembrance for fallen soldiers. Office offers a day bed.

Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.
