This listing is for a ranch style house (3 bed, 2 bath, private backyard) located in a family friendly neighborhood 10 minutes north of PSU campus and downtown State College. North Atherton Ave with restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities is less than 5 minutes away. Easy access from Rt. 322 to the PSU stadium and Bryce Jordan Ctr. This is a strict NO PARTY/NO SMOKING/NO VAPING property. Gas Fireplace Not to Be Used.

Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley!
