The house is well situated to head out to Rothrock Forest for hiking and biking, or to head to the stadium. Please note: this house is strictly NO partying. If you plan to bar hop and bring the fun back -- don't book this house. While you're staying, you'll have the house to yourselves.

Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.

This is the perfect place for the solo traveler or couples.
